Shipping

We entrust our shipments to specialized and trusted couriers, including Mailboxes, Tnt and Onexpress who work with professionalism and punctuality. The products are shipped within 12 hours of payment confirmation and generally delivered within the following 48-72 hours throughout Italy. In the case of islands, disadvantaged or peripheral areas, shipments are managed in 5-7 working days and we reserve the right to communicate any additions to the rate paid.

The shipping times indicated may vary in the following cases: For products marked with the wording "Shipped to ..." In the case of shipping to destinations identified as difficult and/or peripheral, shipping times may vary based on the type of product and the shipping policies of the manufacturing companies, in any case at the time of purchase, you will be able to see the estimated delivery, always indicated in working days, and when you move on to confirming the purchase you are always notified of the delivery times.

We recommend that you group your items in a single order as we cannot group two separate orders placed separately, therefore shipping costs will be charged for each of them. As soon as your order is entrusted to the courier in charge of shipping, you will receive an email with all the information relating to your shipment. In any case, you can follow the status of your order HERE For choosing cash on delivery, 6 euros will be added to the total order.

Disadvantaged locations A supplement will be added to the basic rate for shipments that have as their sender and/or destination a location identified as disadvantaged, i.e. areas that are particularly difficult and expensive to reach. Peripheral locations or ZTL A supplement will be added to the basic rate for shipments that have as their sender and/or destination a location identified as peripheral, i.e. in a decentralized position with respect to urban centers or with low traffic frequency.
