PANTONE 13-1023 PEACH FUZZ: HERE IT IS, THE PANTONE COLOR OF THE YEAR 2024
After Viva Magenta in 2023, Pantone chooses a delicate, romantic, soft peach color. A shade with a slightly retro feel, less aggressive, sensual, which instead celebrates kindness and calm.

“In our search for a shade that resonates with our innate desire for closeness and connection, we chose a color that radiates warmth and modern elegance. A shade that resonates with compassion, offers a tactile embrace, and effortlessly unites the young with the ageless,” explained Leatrice Eiseman, executive director of the Pantone Color Institute, introducing Peach Fuzz.

The color, which has already appeared on the catwalks, in the beauty sector and in the digital sector, is ready to make its entrance also in interior design.
In this field, Peach Fuzz is a harbinger of feelings of comfort: "Promoting sensations of delicate warmth, whether it appears on a painted wall, in home furnishings or as an accent within a motif."

Even in terms of combinations, Peach Fuzz is incredibly versatile. It works well with the “tone on tone”, associated with antique pink, pastel pink, a pale magenta, a pinkish beige. Or it lends itself to contrasts, combined with shades such as anise, mango yellow, some greens and very dark and deep blues.
Peach Fuzz is the 25th Pantone Color of the Year. The first was Cerulean in 1999, which, with its calm and stability, was the perfect shade to enter the new millennium.
